  this is one of the worst customer service ever. i've been waiting for over 3 months for a gift card when they only gave me a 100 dollars when i should of gotten 200 dollars.. And now they kkeep telling me it will be here in a week now they are saying the boss has it and now they are saying they cant find it why cantt they just give me one at the store.iv never seen this bullshit in my life come on get new workers.

  Although polite, I had called this location for a simple request - to email a receipt in which I was told would be emailed in the first place that was never received. I was given a run around and finally told that I would have to call Customer Care in order to get this receipt. After 45 minutes of waiting and talking to customer care rep, I was told that the store WAS able to email the receipt. I called back and the sales associate says "oh yeah there is a way I can email it to you" and said he would email it immediately. After an hour, nothing has happened. This is my only experience at the source and it is unfortunate that it was not a pleasant one. I do not recommend this location.
