No appointment for a simple cut - first come first serve. I went here because it had higher ratings than the other First Choice places. I asked for a trim with long layers, and the cut was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly, but the one who cut my hair had a strong accent and was difficult to understand sometimes. They seemed very busy as there were only 2 staff on. The one was very short on the phone with me... probably due to being under-staffed.
